Our walking tour begins at the railway station and leads us to the "Außenalster" and to the world famous "Atlantic Hotel". We step forward to the "Lombardsbrücke" and the "Glockengießerwall", enjoy a breathtaking view over the entire "Binnenalster" and walk thru the "Spitalerstrasse" to the well-liked and longest shopping mile of Hamburg, the "Mönckebergstrasse". We can see is the oldest main church of Hamburg, St. Petri. At the end of the shopping mile the uncompareable and legendary town hall is situated, which is build in the neo-renaissance style. Along the Venetian-like"Alsterarkaden" and the biggest intra-urban and most modern shopping arcade of Europe.
