Our first stop will be at the most picturesque traditional 17th-century Zaanse Schans village which contains houses and a collection of beautifully preserved windmills from the nation’s industrial heritage. In Zaanse Schans village you can stroll past the charming greenhouses and visit a factory where the clogs popular in this part of the country are made. There’s also nothing more Dutch than cheese, and whilst there you can try some at the Catharina Hoeve Farm where you will also learn about its production. Our next stop will be at the Alkmaar which is famous it cheese market . During our visit we will familiar with te old center of Alkmaar and see the cheese market. Alkmaar, the city where all the beauties of Holland have been collected. We will walk through the medieval centre, along picturesque streets and canals. Will see some of Alkmaar's most important and historic monuments such as the Grote Sint Laurenskerk (the Great Church), the Stadhuis (City Hall) and the Waaggebouw (Weigh House). Learn about Alkmaar's history and how the townspeople managed to defeat the Spanish forces in 1573. Walk along the old city walls and experience the greener side of Alkmaar. Also we will visit to the famous cheese market in Alkmaar. 1593 is considered the first year of the cheese market, which has always taken place on the Waagplein. This square has been extended several times in the course of two centuries, it was enlarged no fewer than eight times before it reached its current dimensions, which proves the importance of cheese trade for the city. Tens of thousands of kilos of cheese are waiting at the famous Waagplein to be traded under the eyes of guests. A visit to the cheese market in Alkmaar will surely be one of the highlights of their trip through The Netherlands. Next we will visit to Haarlem which with its ancient buildings, cobbled streets and winding waterways, the medieval city of Haarlem is one of the most photogenic destinations in the Netherlands. As well as being home to some of the Netherlands’ best museums and world-famous art, it is regularly voted as one of the country's best cities for shopping. At the historic heart of Haarlem, this vast square is located underneath the imposing Grote Kerk and is the image of the city that many people will recognise. Walk a fascinating route past some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, from the spire of Saint Bavo Church to the town hall and houses from the 16th- and 17th-centuries. Discover picturesque courtyards, or hofjes, hidden throughout the city, and get an insider’s perspective on Haarlem’s unique culture, history and local character. Also you will see Haarlem Railway Station, Kenau and Ripperda Monument, Hofje van Bakenes, 'Hiding place', Grote Markt, Frans Hals Museum - Hof, Jopen, Teylers Museum and more. After free time we will return to Amsterdam.
