Our first stop we will make at Camogli which is a typical, romantic seaside village characterized by highly-stacked and vivaciously-painted houses, Camogli is part of a magnificent natural setting that has enchanted tourists the world over, for centuries. Among the sights to see are a number of churches, beginning with the Basilica Minore di Santa Maria Assunta that faces onto the port; realized in the 12th Century, it features a double facade in the Ionic style. Then, the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Wood is built on the site where, according to folk legend, the Madonna appeared in the year 1500. Be sure to see the characteristic Church known as the Millenaria (13th Century), dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, and the Parochial Church of San Rocco of Camogli, with a beautiful vista over the Gulf. Of the public architecture, the tiny Dragonara Castle was erected in the Middle Ages as a defensive measure for both the village and the entire coast. Next we will visit the Santa Margherita Ligure and Fortress, which has a wonderful view of the city. Then make your way to the beautiful Villa Durazzo and stroll the breathtaking grounds. Also when shops will be open you can wander the streets of the main shopping area of Santa Margherita. Or take a walk along the palm lined harbor, filled with restaurants, cafes and gelaterie, selling delicious gelato, wander through the marina or enjoy the small-town beach. Italy is full of monuments, but Santa Margherita has a few that shouldn’t be missed. It’s worth visiting Vittorio Emanuele Monument and the Christopher Columbus Fountain. Next we will visit to Portofino which is one of the most iconic places of the Italian Riviera.All over the world, in fact, they know the image of this magnificent seaside village, nestled in the green headland, with its tall colorful houses arranged in a semi-circle around the famous Piazzetta. This pearl of the Mediterranean is today one of the most renowned tourist resorts in the world and every year attracts thousands of travelers including artists, politicians and celebrities of international level. During our visit you will see the Piazzetta of Portofino, Chiesa di San Martino, Church of San Giorgio, Brown Castle and Faro di Punta del Capo. Next by boat we will visit to little Bay of San Fruttuoso famous for its 10th-century Abbey of San Fruttuoso di Capodimonte—the ancient residence of the Doria family. The fascination of San Fruttuoso village lies in the architectural value of the abbey and church, as well as in its splendid natural surroundings. The cliffs encircling the inlet, the small beach, the rich Mediterranean vegetation and the almost unreal absence of vehicles create a truly unique and enjoyable atmosphere. There you will get a time for swimming and  lovers of deep sea-diving will enjoy an immersion to see the celebrated Christ of the Abyss, a work by Guido Galletti standing at the bottom of San Fruttuoso Bay. After free time we will return to Portofino and back to Genoa.
