Firstly we will visit to the Wilanow Palace, nowadays within the borders of Warsaw, is called the “Polish Versailles”. The residence of King John III Sobieski is one of the most important monuments of Polish culture.This richly decorated building constructed with a flourish, along with the surrounding park, survived almost unchanged from the seventeenth century to the present day. From the architectural point of view, the Baroque palace is a combination of sub-Parisian Versailles, an Italian garden villa and a typical Polish estate manor. Rich interior of the building is a tribute to the military successes of the king and his family and to the monarch's beloved wife, Marie Casimire, called Marysieńka.After the death of King Sobieski, the palace was inhabited by other well-known aristocratic families: the Sieniawskis, the Czartoryskis, the Potockis and the Branickis, and numerous upgrades were supervised by the best architects. The exposition consists of two parts: on the main floor you will be able to see the royal apartments of the palace. Rooms where parties took place, chambers where the royal couples listened to music, met their friends and guests, and where they worked and rested. On the first floor there is the Gallery of the Polish Portrait, where you can see the effigies of the Polish monarchs collected over the centuries, representatives of great magnate families, participants of national uprisings, eminent artists and people honored by Poland. Next we will visit to the Lodz which centuries ago was just little village in the center of Poland, but suddenly developed to bigger sizes. Now it’s called “the city of contrasts”.From one hand you see big and raw buildings of factories and from the other hand it’s green and very artistic. Also you will find beautiful Lodz Old Town with accent of Medieval City. Our visit will start at the Museum of the City of Lodz. You will see many rich decorations and details from outside. Right next to it you will find Old Market Square with great installation, because Lodz nowadays is very modern and focused on art, so they change decorations all the time. Walk through Lodz Old Town and picturesque Freedom Square and find fantastic Pasaz Rozy. Go further to see great Saint Alexander Newski Cathedral – very cheerful orthodox cathedral. Discover the Piotrkowska Street full of adorable old buildings and listen their story.  During the tour you will see house of Julian Tuwim – polish famous poet, Grand Theatre and interesting Gutenberg home. Find Kipper’s Palace and admire its architecture. Look carefully to discover small sculptures of fairy tale characters which are located in different places around Srodmiescie, the Palace of Scheiblers, Kindermann Palace or Schlosser Tenement and the Lodz Cathedral of St. Stanley Kostka. Next we will visit to the Scheibler's Palace which is a place with beautiful interior, a mirror room, and original mosaics. The Scheiblers were a family of manufacturers, owners of some of Europe's largest factories. They owned a lot of estates in Poland and abroad. The simple exterior of Karol Scheibler's Palace stands in contrast to its interiors, which are rich in varied architectural styles and lavish ornamentation. In spite of appearing so modest from the outside, it was one of the most imposing palaces of Łodz at the time. Also, the only Museum of Cinematography in Poland is located there. The collection includes posters, props, fragments of scenography, and many devices for the presentation of moving images from before the cinema era as well. The building where you can see the collections is an example of neo-Renaissance architecture. In the interiors the original elements imported from Germany and France have been preserved until today. Palace ceilings in many rooms are decorated with marvellous, allegorical paintings. Noteworthy are also original stoves and fireplaces. The historic Scheibler's Palace in the past has been the background for such films as '"The Doll" , "The Promised Land" and "Between the Cup and the Lip". After free time we return to Warsaw.
