How to Create Your Custom Tour

Welcome to our custom tour creation tool! Follow these simple steps to plan your perfect trip.

1. Choose the Starting City
   Begin by selecting the city where your tour will start. This will be the first destination on your itinerary. You can choose the starting city from the list.
2. Choose Hotels
   For each city, you will need to select:
   • Hotel Category: Choose from available hotel categories (e.g., 2, 3, or 4 stars).
   • Room Type: Select your preferred room type (e.g., single, double, triple, etc.).
   • Number of Nights: Specify how many nights you plan to stay in the city.
   Click the "Add to Route" button to include each city in your itinerary after making your selections.
3. Review Your Selections
   After adding your selections, you will see the following details for each city:
   • City Name: The city you selected.
   • Hotel Category: The star rating of your chosen hotel.
   • Room Type: The type of room you selected (e.g., single, double, suite, etc.).
   • Number of Nights: The number of nights you will stay in the city.
   • Room Price: The price of the room per night.
   • Total Hotel Price: The total price for the hotel stay in that city.
   • Attractions: The number of popular attractions available in each city.
   This information will help you confirm your choices and adjust your itinerary as needed.
4. Set Maximum Travel Distance Per Day
   You can set the maximum number of kilometers you want to travel per day. Choose one of the following options:
   • 320 km
   • 500 km
   • 600 km
   This will help determine the suggested route and which cities will be included in your tour based on your preferred travel distance. The system will suggest the next city within your selected travel range, ensuring that you don’t exceed your daily distance limit.
5. Add Next City to the Route
   Once the system suggests the next city based on your travel distance, you will need to:
   • Select the hotel category, room type, and number of nights for this city (just like in the previous step).
   • Click the "Add to Route" button again to add the next city to your tour.
   Repeat this process for each additional city you want to visit.
6. Tour Summary
   Once your tour is complete, you will see:
   • Estimated Hotel Costs: The total cost for all the hotels selected for your tour.
   • Total Travel Distance: The total distance you will travel across all cities.
   Important Note:
   Transportation costs are not included in the tour cost. Only the hotel stays are considered in the pricing. You will need to calculate or arrange your transportation separately.
